Is there an preference options somewhere that adds support for a wacom tablet. There are times when 7.5 freaks out, such as moving an object where moving the cursor off the screen causes an object to shoot off the screen. Rotating and perspective positioning are also affected by this as well.

I use my wacom with TS even though TS doesn't actually support it. I customized my stylus settings for Truespace. Basically you want to de-sensitize the pen. The Wacom stylus has a huge varience in tip pressure and tilt influence to enable it to emulate a 2D drawing/painting implement. Wacom's control panel allows you to customize their stylus or mouse on a per-application basis.

For Truespace I set mine for firm pressure (all the way over) and minimized the tilt influence. That seemed to stabilize it. :)

Hi Heidi,

Did that also solve the spinning around like crazy when reaching the edge of the tablet?

No, that it doesn't do. Mine doesn't spin, btw, it jumps to waaaaay out of view. But I don't generally have a problem with that since I use the mouse for most things unless I'm working in on something small where it's difficult to control the mouse.

Even though I've had a Wacom tablet for years, I still find the button controls for right-click or middle-click on the stylus really awkward to use.

I've got a small ArtZII and it works fine re tS7.5, not noticed anything weird going on at the edges that was excessive and problematic. I know what you mean about the pen buttons I'm always jerking the pen tip when I click them - tend to work with the stylus in one hand and the other hovers over the mouse buttons ready to click as necessary! Clumsy but it mostly works.

Yep...glad I'm not the only one with a stylus in one hand and a mouse in the other.:D

I'd love to be able to use my Intuos3 stylus for softmodelling in TS7.5 like I can in Mudbox. Like you, I 'desensitized' my stylus settings for TS. Too bad! :-(

Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a try.
