I built a skeleton and wish to move the origin of the skeleton but I can not figure out how to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

what i do is add an ik handle to the pelvis, then move it behind the skeleton and make it a box so it's easy to grab. Then I place a rotation lock on the pelvis and activate it for the ik handle. Then you can move your complete skeleton anywhere you want.\


Another way to move the whole skeleton is to select the skeleton, go to keyframe editor, under skelton open matrix and select the channel you want to edit and enter your skeleton position numerically. This is good for doing exact tweaking but not so great for blocking out your animation.
