Hi,

I have updated from 7.1 to 7.51 and a file of mine will not load. It says

Load error: invalid version 2208.

When I checked the file it does load into my 7.1 but not 7.51

I then noticed that the older version uses a .scr extension and the new 7.51 uses .ctx.

Now I cannot seem to load the .srn version into 7.51. I know this must be an easy fix. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you have your extensions mixed up. The ctx is for use with default.ctx, the configuration file for ts7.51.

If you are using object or scene, check the extension for old and new and if problem, rename old file to new file ext and it will load for you. First thing to do after renaming and loading, is to resave the object or scene to library so it is saved as new file format along with any enhancements of the new format.

Hope this is helpful.
