Well, I've been neglecting my 3D work for far too long now, so I've decided to post a WIP to encourage me to get back in the 3D saddle.
Just a torso at the moment, but it was fun getting the folds of fat to look nice.
As usual I'll keep the details of this image to myself for a while but I'm hoping to learn more about rigging in tS during the making of this image.
Comments and crits please people.

creature creater pro isnt that hard to use i will send you some screen shots if you want, its a pretty simple programme with some presets you can use for the torso and such and it also has a "random" button witch can create some cool looking things, however the editor in it can be quite awkward ill have a little go now n see if i can show you what i mean.
nvm lol i thought he edited in CCP but then i reolised im mentally retarded and you cant do it that way :) so i tried in work space and its not as simple as i thought :)
you can still add points tho and edit around i got it almost the same but not exactally. |

Just for the record..... the modelling was done in Silo V2.0 But it could be done in trueSpace just the same. (I just prefer Silo for most of my modelling these days) |

Actually Classic12, human modeling isn't that much more difficult than modeling anything else organic. It's a lot about having good references and practice pushing an pulling verts. Once you get the basics down you should be able to model anything you can envision. It's the imagination part that's hard. ;)
Have you looked at Nowherebrain's tutorials?

Doh! :o LOL!
Glad to hear you're figuring it out. It's a big step moving from "safe" tools like deforms and booleans to getting in there and wrestling with the verts and making your own geometry. ;) |

Nice fat boy mouse. I don't remember modeling for this :o. As a chubby man, I dont have folds like that guy, but I guess its possible someone could. That's artistic license I guess. Guess I should be thankful :) |
