Ok I have it installed but it will not let me log in. It tells me I have a bad user/pass issue, however the web site will let me log in.

This is a known issue Rjeff. It will be addressed in the next version of truePlay according to a recent post here from Tom Grimes about it.

Apparently the default portal address hard-coded into the C++ of truePlay is calling an address which used to be valid but no longer is.

As you indicated above this can be overcome by using the new web address links for truePlaces provided by Caligari on the "Birds Of A Feather" Webpage. One can use them to launch either truePlay or trueSpace and have it go directly to the appropriate truePlace portal address.

I also created a scene you can load inside truePlay which offers that and much more, you can download it in the following thread here if you wish as well:

well I go to the link and try the both links and nothing. I also did not see .scn to dlaod

Hmmm that is strange.

Not sure how you could miss the downloadable scene in that thread, it's right after 7 pictures of it as the thread indicates. It's in post number 4 at the following exact link:

Be sure to read the directions for using that scene, they are in that same thread:

On the other links at the "Birds of a Feather" web page, if they do not connect at all it indicates that the server has crashed. Try again in a few minutes when that happens, it is rare but does occur.

well I loaded up your scene..and with some work..not sure if I understand how to move in workspace...I got to the blue marble..and once agian would not let me log in.

It is on your end then. I just tested the web links with truePlay and I am there in shared space now, they work perfectly.

Could be the username and or password is different in truePlay than your Caligari username and password. Mine are.

Could also be your security program(s) are blocking you. Give it a check
