Has anyone done this? I vaguely recall seeing something about this somewhere, and TomG made a reference to it recently but I don't know where too look for information on this. I want to use keyfamed Animated LightWorks materials in conjunction with Keyframed bone animation information from Workspace Animation Editor.

Have I really annoyed that many people or is there just no answer to this?

Cool! Thanks trueBlue - I'll have a llok at this but looks like it's going in the wrong direction for my purposes - this renders model side anims from a worskpace window and I hope to render workspace anims in a model window.

How did you find this by the way? I've tried searching the forums but any search using the word animation returns a huge amount of hits. Same with words like render, workspace and so on.

Humm the way I read it, if you set up your reflection animation in Model first. Un-check auto record in Model. Open Model's KFE in workspace. Set the Render to File properly and away you go rendering everything in the KFE and AE with clintonman's script. Looks like there is no room for error so doulble check. Perhaps a simple test would be better.
I have known about clintonman's script since he released it is all. But sometimes I forget where they are at times. In Members List select the User in question and select Find all Threads by User. Hope it serves your purpose.

Thanks trueBlue - I really appreciate the input. I've come up with another way to get the basic effect I want simply by animating a tilt to my reflective background so it reflects the foreground at the start but not at the end. I'm rendering a test of the anim now before doing a final render. It's not what I originally had in mind but the results look promising.

I may have a look at clintonmans script if I can find the time - I Intend to use real-time rendering for the majority of my animation - the Model side stuff is just fro the opening title.

Thanks again tB
