In the Spirit of Halloween and some Funk (heh), thought I would work on this dancing ghoul.

As you can see it's a real time video capture in trueSpace 7.51.

Too many IK handles anyone! Hey! gimme slack, it's my first bone, skin and ghoul animation. :D

Anyway, it's basically just a dancing ghoul, I might put some flaming pumpkins in the background or something or dancing flaming pumpkins - haven't thought about it. :)

Some slick moves. love that song. There's not too many ik handels, looks right to me. Dancing flaming pumpkins would be cool.

A classic is born!

Bizarre, amusing and stangley addictive - I smell a YouTube hit!

I don't really know anything about animation but looked neat to me!

BTW, I just rated my thread five stars to show how little the rating system actually means. :)

I'm going to have to amputate the right big toe. For some reason after skinning, that toe grew huge and distorted. There is only one bone in the foot, have no idea why it happened to the right foot and not the left.

Thanks a lot JamesMc! Walmart cannot keep the new "Dancing Ghoul" in stock, the latest Rock hit "The Ghoul is Cool" song is off the charts, and woman everywhere are having their mates enlarge their big toe all because you gave your thread 5 stars. Happy Halloween to you too.:p

heh heh. Well, it was a bad case of toesilities (rim shot) :)

Here's the latest, still fooling with animation in tS7.51 - lots of fun, especially if you don't have a plan. :)

Just made this up to amuse myself, thought I would share since its Halloween and all.

Same Ghoul and some boned/skinned pumpkin dancers. I was in a hurry and did't get the bone proper on one of them, so it shows in the video. :(

Anyway, just for grins and the "spirit" (laughs) of the season.

I don't think I quite have hair or fur down just yet. :D

The wolf man is looking rather clumpy and matted.
