I have a copy of ts6.6 on a machine here at work (I'm the only one around here that knows how to use it let alone has any interest in 3d!) Probably spend about 1 lunchtime a week messing around with it. We tend to have these ASUS gps pda machines lying around so despite the fact that this is not what normally interests me I thought I'd have a crack at modelling one and it came out ok. Granted the shape isn't that complex and I left off all the plugs and side inputs - I was bored by that stage!

Now to think of some other things I can do with it.

I've been contemplating the screen - have a few ideas. ;)

If the blue colour was brighter I guess it would look like the blue-screen of death - (not sure these devices do that but who cares!)

I'll investigate some possibilities next lunchtime session - stay tuned.

Nice work on the modeling and textures!

I think a less saturated background would help present it better. :)

If you want to put it on one of those way cool glossy show surfaces. You can add two planes beneath it, one for catching the shadow, and one for handling the reflection. Or composite two images. One with the shadow and one with the reflection. The trick here is that reflective surfaces tend not to show shadows, but you need both the shadow and the reflection to get that super glossy look. ;)

Good tips Jack, thanks.
