I have truespace with the flash plugin. I can render an image to flash but cannot see how to export a full movie. No, seriously, look at http://www.debugmode.com/wink/ the program wink can be used to catch your animation directly from screen into a flash animation file. You simply need to move the wink borderlines exactly around you replay window. HTH Oh sorry, just forget what I said, didn't know about that button mentioned above (except you consider to perhaps create a tutorial)
