I'm working on a model that I am going to give away, I have been posting
this on the GameSpace board but it occurred to me that you guys may be
able to use it also. It's a low poly model but I know that some of you like
to make games so this may be a good resource for you as well.
This is what I have so far:

I bet you could if you did it a few times, thats what I had to do. Besides I saw the "ants on a beach' pic you posted in your blog so I know better ;)

Almost there, I have the skin completed and I tested it in the
RC engine to make sure there are no flaws (still need to
tweak a couple of parts but nothing major) and I have started
placement of the bones. I am rigging this model to work
natively in RC but a person could easily remove any unwanted
joints if they needed too. I plan on uploading the scene file
itself so you will have full control of the model. Here are a
couple of shots I took while testing the model.
