When I started ts7.51 for the first time, it asked for the serial # " which could be found on the first page of the Manual ", Name and Company. I have ts6.6 installed just tried that ser # with no joy. My order confirmation e-mail unfortunately was flushed when MSN upgraded hotmail. Been playing ever since. I also never sent an e-mail that took them more than 10 hours to reply to. When I call their helpline, I get quick and efficient service. These are the hallmarks of a company to stick with.
