Hello, When I take a rigged model in workspace ... like rigged tank girl. Then go to model and apply uv and texture then go back to workspace I then need to reattach skin to rig... which then does not seem to go right. I really like adding the textures in model then going back to workspace. Anybody have any tips for this? Thanks very much.

I would highly avoid to switch to modeler with a ready rigged workspace mesh. Bridge is a bit in trouble with shadersettings, UV space, and other unimportant stuff :p

When it's just to add a new texture, better said repaint the mesh with a modified texture, you can do that in Workspace too.

I have customized my buttons layout. So my shot is not a big help for the ME Inspect Button. Search for the ME Inspect button in the smaller toolbar that comes up with every new created window. Select your Mesh and click at it then. This opens up the Material Editor Panel. Click in the colour tab at the grey field with the three black dots at it: it is a button which opens a file browser where you can pick your texture then. Load your texture, then click at the Paint Object Button to repaint your mesh.

Don't let yourself confuse by the fact that the buttons doesn't highlight in the Material Editor. Or that the material doesn't show up in the fields marked with the green questionmark. Known issues. But Caligari is not this good at bugfixing ...

Thanks so much. However, the problem Iam having is that in the COLOR box Iam only getting a COLOR select. No texture anything comes up. I have done it a million times on 2 different computers and it does not work. I select an object. Apply a texture to it in the workspace. Then select the object again. Then select then select the ME INSPECT button then select the object with the inspector. It does open up the material panel but there is no way I can get any access to opening any files or anything to do with adding a textrure. Just a color button.

Maybe a bug. What about adding a textured mesh in modeler, switch to workspace and inspect the material?
