Alrighty... here's the WIP. It's a golden Greek Victory wreath that I gave to my daughter from my trip earlier this year. Oh wait, I mean last year :D
It's 3 am, so will offer my final render in the mornin.
ah dang... there's a sale I need to check out in a few hours. Hmm; Ok... back to work then |

I have officially entered my 1st '08 contest!
I posted here originally to just get it off my chest, and my computer. In the heat of battle, I had forgotten to save a screengrab of the wireframes, but put something together of the original parts, in the SMC thread. I started at 12:30 prompt, with a 2 liter Pepsi in hand and went at it sayin', "Ok, two hours; I can do this. Let's git er done". I stopped the actual modelling at 95 minutes, cuz I had to put it all together, and I HAD to stop and accept whatever I had, exactly on the 2 hr mark (actually, 30 seconds shy... lol... tis true).
The original had ridges as leaf veins, but I just ran out of time. Oh well, it is what it is. Hope you all like it. |

Steinie, would you believe that in the month I was there had only one shot-glass worth? I ain't that Greek anymore :D. (oops, hope my parents don't see this)
But... some day, it would be my pleasure to have a drink with ya. Just pick the continent. ;)
