How would i go about attatching a modeled cape onto a model with has been attatched to a skeleton ?


any ideas ts 7.51

Do you want the cape to be deformed by the bones or just move with them?

Attaching object to bone will add the item but not deform it. Attach skin to bone may be what you're looking for though.... Of course you could detach the skeleton, group the cloak and character then re apply the skeleton. Might be safer to use mesh collapse to make the character and cape one mesh, though.

ermm i want it to just stay in its shape because its only going to be used for posing but when i move the back or something bend accordingly... like if he bends forward the cape to move with it.

i tried clickin attatching the bone to object... and it just let me select bone and ive tried right clicking on the object and left clicking on the object... right clicking on the bone then clicking on the object, none of them are working any idea?
