Is there any way to assign an object to another object by parenting them or grouping the objects so they can be moved together, and be moved separately?

I need to know how to do this so I can rotate the separate eyelid objects I made for some cartoon guinea pig characters, and have them hold props, and then put the props down too.

Tamtam which version of TS are you using?

If you're using 7.51 then you can group by drag selecting multiple objects in the Link Editor and then clicking the "Encapsulate in 3D" icon.

Jack is right you can 3D Encapsulate in Workspace and or use the Glue tools in Model. Also note that to Unencapsulate in Workspace is not to intuitive. Try this in Workspace and see if it meets you needs as far as props go. Hook the Child's OwnerMatrix to the Parent's WorldMatrx. It is kind of tricky but could work in certain situations.
