In what context are you adding materials? are you adding materials to an object. Adding materials to a v-ray library? model materials? real-time shaders?

I would like to add Material for scene. but I do not "add material" button. It is very complicated for me :)

In Blender there is an "ADD NEW" button for material adding and

3DSmax has material slots. And TS?

Here is a quick tutorial written for tS6 that shows the Material Editor and how to apply a simple texture map. If you are running tS7 the icons will be a little different but I think the basic procedure is similar.

If you own VRay:
To add a material to a material library, do any of these:
1) Select the object painted with the material you want to add, right-click in material library and select “Insert”
2) CTRL-click on the object with the material you want to add and drag it to the library
3) With the Material Editor open, right-click in material library and select “Insert”

To apply material from library:
1) Drag & drop a material from the library to the object
2) Double-click the material in the library and the material is applied to all selected objects
3) With the Material Editor open, double-click the material and it will be selected into the Material Editor

In workspace side selecting the ME Inspect icon and clicking on your model will open up the VRay Material Editor and you can then create custom materials for your model and then apply them to the model using the paint funnel icon.

If you're working with DX9 materials, it's a bit different and that requires you to have a working knowledge of the Link Editor. In the short term you can drop DX Materials from the library onto your object. Then after using the inspect tool the DX material will show in the panel tab of the stack view. There you can CTRL-double click on the bitmap control in the panel and select custom bitmaps to replace the default ones that come with the material.

Also keep in mind that for mapped materials you need to UV map your object to get the texture to wrap around your model.
