The great success, 9 ( of 1000's of the forum visitors  ) downloaded my last free ME example from yesterday, encouraged me to place another free sample for trueSpace 7.51.

This time it was hard to decide which one to take, the whole scenery has 17MB so I decided for the birds in the window behind Bobby who is just reading a handwritten letter. So this time only an Object is included and not the whole scenery

Enjoy if you like :D

P.S. Opposite to the carpet, you can look through the window. This may have the effect that you don't see the object in your Workspace window if you don't have set the param to show the backfaces. In that case either set it or turn the object horizontally 180 degree.

Thank you for this and the flower/leaf...

Maybe you could post them in the Garage. There is a thread for free stuff there

that way, we can keep all the free stuff together

"free" little birds :^)

Thanks, I waited for this "Question"

Free is always the effort of many, of comunities, of respecting each ones right of living and existance :)

- my first step was the effort to "free" those birds from their printed picture ( which is used for the carpet everybody steps on ) by creating the mask for Mapped Transparency. ( see attached picture )

Thus letting people recognize the individual birds !

So now it' time for those talented guys (I'm unfortunately not) to model those birds in truSpace and let them fly away, perhaps in the truePlay arena :D

By the way the picture I scanned in is more than 100 years old, a chromolithography.
