 Just got the program, about a week, and I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to work with it. Hoping time, patience, and perseverance will prevail.

Anyway, real simple question for the moment is how do I register the product?

 When you purchase it, it's basically registered.

But I'll let Tom or someone else who is official answer that.

I've never "registered" a product with Caligari.

Hi Dan. Welcome to the forums man!


Yes patience helps, like with any other program. Are you new to 3D'ing? Getting around in 3D in truespace is a bit different from other apps. But I like it!


These forums are also a great help. Everyone here is very friendly and willing to help.


As far as registering your product, if you ordered a download, you should have gotten an email with a registration key. If you got it on CD, the key should have come with the package.


Also contact customer service. They are always happy to help.

EDIT: Yeah, James is right... when you purchase truespace it's basically registered; when you install, it asks for the registration key. Once you enter that installation proceeds. Otherwise it does not proceed.
