I've got 32 bit and it worked no problems. what you can try is setting the compatibility of the installer to windows XP - that might do it. I'll be able to tell more in the next few days as my quad core should arrive and am planning to go 64 bit. I can't recall right this second :) If so, you may have no zip file extractor installed on your machine (thought Vista should just open a zip file like a folder). Is this message happening when you run in the install, btw, or when you try to open the manual? If on opening the manual, then it would sound like there is no PDF reader installed on your machine (Adobe Acrobat). HTH! Tom
