If you're working in Workspace side you need to use Normal maps instead of Bump maps.

You'll need to download normal map plugins for either Photoshop or GIMP to convert your bump maps to normal maps. Or get a program like Crazybump.

Let me know if you need more info.

Ok. Once I got my normal map can I just drag that to the mesh?

You need to drag onto the model a shader that uses normal maps, like the TextureBump shader, or one of my Mapped Binn or Mapped Lambert shaders. Then either drag the Normal map to the normal map square on the material or CTRL click on the Normal map square to browse to your normal map and loade it that way.

Once the normal map is loaded into the material you need to apply the material to the selected object.
