is there a way to change the delay time required for the toolbar to popup. it frustrates me having to click and hold before the toolbar pops up with more icons. it would please me extremely if this could be configured to be instant, or even better, on hover of the mouse it opens instantly.

is this possible?

Good idea Grymmjack. That would be a useful feature. Being able to set the length the tool tip stays up would be useful as well.

yes! the tooltip length and duration as well. these 3 new parameters (as i'm assuming they do not yet exist based on your reply) would make it 100x more fun to use. i'm constantly waiting for tooltips to popup and menus to open.

please whoever is in charge of truspace add these 3 little features :)

do you ever wonder jack, how much time you've spent waiting for the popup menus? since you are a expert long-time user, i bet it's in the magnitude of days now if you add it all up.

I'll assume you are refering to the Workspace tooltips.:)
If so it would be nice if the Workspace's Staus view was used in this regard (Help text) as well. Model (tS6.7) has this incorporated presently.

There's a short delay for the toolbar to pop up, but if you keep the mouse button pressed and slide over to the next flyout it pops up quicker than the first one. At least in Workspace... in Model you have to click again to get the flyout (boo-hiss)

On a semi-related note, what happened to the Help Bar, which would display the tool name and (in the old days) even give you short tips on how to use it?
While a tooltip will eventually disappear, the help bar would remain visible.

Following on from the suggestion of some minor improvements to the workspace status window.. It would be so handy if it showed the number of vertices selected, in addion to total verts.

I agree that the tooltips would be more useful if immediate when learning.
