What would be the best way to model a row of teeth that are round at the bottom and come up to a point. I am trying to stay away from a ton of poly going around the model.

The best answer I can give you is to wait for Jack's next tutorial. Hopefully Cyan/MS will let him do the next two.


You COULD extrude polygons from the sunk-in portion of the mouth and then sub-divide but I'm sure that Jack has a better way.

Adding subdivision is how I would do it.

Using various shapes in the image below, shows what subdivision can do to shapes.
