Excellent work. Were you influenced by the painter vermeer by any chance? This makes me think of his work. He was a master of light.

Looking good.

Although, a word of advice. The forum "courtesy size" is 800x600 for posting images.

Even with a Wide Screen I have to scroll left to right to see the whole image.

Hi,

Thanks so much for all your input. I really value each person's ideas. This is a very awesome community on this forum.

3dforg,

I love vermeer's work. For some reason I was really inspired by "The Young King of the Black Isles" by Maxfield Parrish.

I did not know about the 800X600 "courtesy size". I render the images out at 4800X3840. So dropping it down always in size always bugs me as so much detail is lost.. I decided to post the whole image at 800X640 but also post some cropped images at full resolution. I will also show the wire frame just in case it's of interest to anybody.

There are some texture problems I plan on fixing in Photoshop.

This is excellent!

What program do you use when you do the UV and texturing work?

I hope you submit more in the future.

Sweet detail work! Very cool - and I love those hairy legs! What sort of render times does this take for that high a resolution?
