I can imagine him with a really skinny body. I especially like the work around the eyes, but it seems as though the eyes themselves are transparent. I was following a tutorial and somehow the mesh sort of spun out of control; hence the lack of mouth, nose, etc. so I altered it a bit. The intention originally was a human head. I have since started again; no foul ups like that yet! The eyes use the Simbiont x-ray shader, which is semi-transparent, with a blue glow.
