impressed by the Marzipan Babys I wanted to create similar.
Primary to see if I could model from a picture. Well it becomes a fast sketch yesterday evening so don't look to closely at the fingers or the feet, they are cr.. :D
The rough mesh was done with silo, the finetuning/smoothing with zbrush.
rendered with vray and sss. Finally some layer work in photoshop.

Very very nice Marcel, color could be a bit warmer.
The originals are almost disturbing, eating a marzipan baby, yow! |

Ui, die Idee ist mal wirklich gut und die Geometrie des Babys ist gelungen.
Die Haut benötigt so nen rauschen effekt um Ihn der Hand etwas anzupassen.
Ansonsten haust du mal wieder so ziemlich alle um.

Yeah the shader isn't the best but it's diffcult with the limitations of the current shaders we have. We would need layer support and combining of shaders (glossiness reflection for example) and and and... :D |

Excellent work Parva! I love the idea and the quaility is very good!
Just as a comment, it would be a good idea to add some hair to it, for example as it is shown in http://z.about.com/d/urbanlegends/1/0/T/C/ATT00080_sm.jpg
It coud be textured or made with the tS hair system.
Anyway, very good.

Hard to describe Parva, for me it is stunning overall. Do wish you define toes and fingers better which would just make this piece exquisite. For me the rendering is superb. Still this has a mark that lasts if you know what I mean. |
