just a very simple scene of a spacecraft in orbit, but demonstrates how a good background and lighting really bring it out. enjoy...

Cool - nice scene, nice graceful spaceship - is it your own modelling?

Only point I can see is that the moon and planet appears to be lit from a sun that is directly above the field of view of the picture but the shadows on the ship sugest the sun is more off to the upper left - this may be an illusion caused bt the swept back angle of the vertical stabilisers but to me it adds a certain ambiguity as to the actual location of the sun which doesn't quite convince me.

A possible solution might be to change the angle of the ship or your primary light source.

Otherwise good work.

good call on the lighting angle. didnt even notice until you pointed it out. the model is mine. am working on a short series of stills and clips called "Space 1959", as you might have guessed based on Von Brauns designs but uprated and updated to a "what if" done today...
