Agreed! Everyone must have getting ready for the holidays. I especially liked Tim Virbick's house and I have absolutely no idea how Robert Plante did that image but it looks awesome!

I think it probably has something to do with the holidays...keeps everyone busy on other things (Caligari included).

I remember Roman mentioning that if there wasn't enough entries in a month there would be no winner that month. I'm sure that is what happened.

Yeah, that's probably what happened. It's a shame, I look forward to seeing people's stuff every month. I'm getting into my busy time of year (being in the tax business and all) and I'm not able to produce as much as I'd like. Which is probably a good thing, considering the threads I've read:p

I'd really love to just see people's unfinished work or pieces they haven't submitted before. I think that'd be really interesting, not to mention educational. Maybe a forum gallery/workshop.

SWEET! You're the one who did "Render Something." I had that on my desktop for the longest time! Reminded me so much of myself.

Awesome sight, btw, thank you for sharing it! I REALLY love the dark watery scenes in particular. And I think we all, as artists, should truly appreciate "The Draft." Tastefully minimal and very well done. Nothing in the scene that isn't needed...very clean (and humerous:p )You're VERY capable of communicating a message with a single snapshot. I've always admired that.

Thank you again!

Thank you very much for the kind words, most definitely appreciated! It's cool to know that someone thought enough of one of my works to use it as wallpaper! I've always thought a picture should tell a story and am glad I've been able to successfully do that.

I think your thread idea is a good one, maybe even just an ongoing thread with personal website links. I'm sure most of us have a lot of images that have never\hardly seen the light of day.

Lastly my intent in looking at this thread was to express appreciation for the gallery images, not to hijack it for self-promotion, so congrats to the 'winners'...very impressive, as usual!

Thanks again dali
