Here is the gun I made in the Speed modelling challenge but in a better scene, this time ive made a hand to hold it, this is the first time ive used Makehuman and I think the fingers are far too thin but ill tweak it next time, I made some changes in truespace, to add a more vainy look to the hand, sorta looks pretty good but next time ill export to Mudbox and see what i can do

Hey that's excellent! I'm a big Dredd fan myself.


I wondered if the gun is a little too big for the hand? (Or the hand too small for the gun :p ). If so there is not much in it - But just a small change in the relative sizes may make the hand look more beefy and Dredd-like.


I don't know if you are aiming for a low poly count - if not some subtle bevelling on some of the sharper edges would catch the light better.


Good work though Matski - the things I've mentioned are very minor considerations.



<edit> Forgot to mention - I really like the dramatic lighting.
