It's meaning? Clearly it's an ancient monument to the way that primitive people rang for taxi's before the invention of the cellphone!

I think this is great quintessential British humor! :)
....and as an American I just don't get it...:p LOL
Definitely an interesting take. I do like the over all Britishness of the piece, almost feels like Wallace and Gromit, Benny Hill, or one of those British dramas we see on late night public tv... ;)

Let's see... June 22 was the summer solstice, something which the Druids along with others held as being very significant... Perhaps they are eager to communicate with their elders? I read there were about 2000 people at Stonehenge June 22 for the solstice. Modern day worship would be the cell phone?
Looks really good in any event!

Waiting........on.......and........on........and.. .....on.......
These folk obviously got bored stiff and prayed for divine intervention!
