Here is a quick render (2 days work) of a chalet project in Haute Savoie (French Alps).
V-Ray render.

In green on the screen grab below : the EPS flat geometry imported from architect's drawing program.

Except for the people it could easily be a photo of real objects. Will you post interior views too? Are the plants in the picture photos from the building site?

Will you post interior views too? Are the plants in the picture photos from the building site?


There is no interior renders planned ; and yes, the plants are from the building site photo.


Here, the 3D visualisation was asked to deliver the building permit, because there is a roof height limit. The architect "cheated" by making an excavation for the car park and made 3 levels in a place where 2 levels only are allowed.

Are the ghost people your innovation or did the client want them?

Ghost people is a very common way to add "life" in viz renders : it does not catch the attention nor masks the buildings, but brings some form of human life inside of the 3D render.
