Hi. I'll post some images here. I'm just a fan of the 3D images, wishing to do it better every time.
This work should be in work in progress, but as I havent update them in quite some time, I'll post them here.
The wood of the base is terrible... maybe some other time... :D |

Thanks for the wellcome.
Many years ago I used dos based 3Dstudio, but my work lead me to 2D design so I didn't continued on 3D track.
I did use TrueSpace 3.2 for some time, for some simple graphics. A simple 3D world for a bussiness article, a battery to ilustrate a recycling flyer...
Last year I discovered the "phisically correct" render engines, specially Kerkythea, so I modeled a little more complicated figures.
That, with the combination of the free version of TrueSpace now, has motivated me to re-explore the 3D world.
My modeling abilities are quite limited, just some lathe, sweep and boleans, but I'll keep learning. But as I have good experience in 2D graphics and photograpy, the materials and camera's angle helps a lot.
Cheers. |

Thanks Rayman!
I think its fair to share this little work here in the modeler's forum.
I hope to be a little more active in this forum, becouse I intend to learn more the use of TrueSpace, (motivated by some images of yours, I must say).
I know It has some powerfull tools, and as I'm not an "ask and ask" person, I want to share a little at first... then I'll be asking a lot... :D |
