heh heh

Many cliches were violated unmercifully while preserving the continuity of pork folly. :D

Great job! A calendar pic classic...

I can always count on you two for constructive comments and praise. Thanks.

p.s.

Some of this looks almost too real but it truly is 3D. (Even the apple)

My wife stated that the water should splash more in the foreground. However

I wanted to convey the duality of two worlds becoming one. What is real in one world

does not become real in the second world. So the water becomes a flat ribbon. The real apple is

the correct size in the real world but the cartoon arrow stays small in this world.

See there is much more to this than meets the eye.

Different gags are in this one too. William Tell's early archery training when he wasn't very good and

the first instance of Hawaiian BBQ.:)

Glad to see some of you like it.

Wow, I was actually right about the broken glass?! Does that mean I actually understood part of a Steinie image?! :D Usually I'm too dumb to get all your subtle jokes (I still remember being confounded by those circus tents).

I really like this image Steinie, you seem to have really upped your output of late too and to me it looks like you're enjoying what you are creating which is a good sign... I can remember a time when you weren't so happy so I'm glad to see some positive signs ;)

Got time to knock up an MMC now? :D worth a try....:o

v3rd3, Thanks, but please stop trying to get free BBQ from me, you keep getting back in line.:D

Nez, I bit my tongue when you wrote about the broken glass because you nailed it! I have to try harder to confuse you all!:D

MMC? That is my favorite challenge but it is a two way sword. I tend to rush when I do one and I feel my published work suffers. I have lots of crappy images to prove it. At the same time the MMC keeps me creating and that is a good thing. If we're not too close to a deadline I might come up with one.

Why I might come back?
Reason number one:
I want to see Mr. 3D squeal like a pig when I get a vote.
Reason number two:
Those bobbin zombie heads need a spankin' and it is Barney's turn to stand in
front of a tree...:D

Well there's a fair bit of time til the deadline - I definitely think it's a subject that will work well with your style.

As for continuing to confuse us - I expect nothing less...;) I'm somewhat dismayed I saw part of this coming! But on the flip-side I've enjoyed your last few images which, to my mind, were a little less confounding than some of your previous pieces...maybe that makes me simple?! Or just a nerd perhaps - 2 degrees clearly doesn't make me clever :D
