Cool Man.

I have some good news...

I got this mysql database working on my PC so maybe we can talk about that tonight.

I might be able to drop in an object into the scriptor scene, and run some mysql commands so everyone can see the realtime update. This will be really cool!

I'll be getting there a bit late as usual, but I'll get there as soon as I can!

Hi guy,

I'll be there at the usual time, 5:00 PM PST, an hour ahead of the time posted on that Caligari page as the start time:
The event will take place at 6pm PST.

The timer isn't there today (as of 10:27AM PST).

There will be a great deal of things to discuss in the way of upcoming Avatar activity projects, especially avatar transport projects which will be developed here in the public forums in the months ahead. So for those with any related ideas this would be a good night to bring them with you, as some priorities will be determined tonight in relation to a few of these projects.

See you there, but if the turnout is unusually low this will be the last time this meeting will be posted only in this forum section. We'll see.

Mark

Not a problem. As I mentioned last week, I would also be posting in the Roundtable for a couple weeks as well. Unfortunately I have not had time yet (mysql and all ... :))

OK folks. TomG updated the ScriptLive web page with the countdown timer. Here's the link.

Sorry about the delayed notification Tom; normally I try to send an email on Monday but I got behind this week.

This'll be some cool stuff folks so hope to see you there!

I am going to attempt to drop a kiosk with database access when I get there; currently this is a WIP so no not sure if it'll work online or not! :D

Just a final reminder folks.

The tues. night scriptor meeting will start in about 2 hours.

If you haven't been to one of these yet, now's a good time!

Jenni: You're new to Caligari right? Why don't you drop in tonight to see what the armchair engineers are up to? Cool stuff! :p

Hi 3dfrog. I was there at 9 and should have presented then. It would have taken 5-10 minutes to show what I had really, then answer questions and build on the results. This is a lesson learned for me. From now on I will present first thing; then, if I have to leave, I can just go and do what life calls for. I apologize for not doing that.

We need to reorganize this Tue. night meeting, and get more solid structure. We can all work on this together to make it happen.

I have to pick up my wife from work Saturday at that time so I am not sure if I will be there or not. I will try to come.

Seeya,

Froo
