I've done the uninstall/re-install dance a couple of times, including removing any older versions. Installing to default location. WinXP Pro With and without DivX option, same error. Files appear to unpack but program fails to run. Error mesage "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application max fix this problem." Any ideas? Thanks.
