Same problem I've had with TS 7.x. I can log into trueplay, but whenever I try to click to go to any of the other rooms, it locks up on me. Windows Task Manager says it's running fine, but nothing else happens. Have to use the Windows Task Manager to close it. Any idea of why this continues to happen? I can get in, but can't do anything. Very frustrating!

I also have a similar problem, I have just downloaded TruePlay on my VISTA system and I can get in, but I can't go to any of the places on the link bar. Could it be the version of Direct X that VISTA uses that also effects TS 7.11?:confused: :confused: |

I am running truePlay on Vista (Ultimate, 32 bit) with no problems. The DirectX would be very unlikely to affect the linking to other environments, it would just handle the graphics display.
What happens if you link directly to those other spaces from the truePlaces web page? Do the spaces let you in? If they do, does the same problem occur when you click links in those spaces?

Are you sure your not getting in and the Navigation is locked? You have to click the Icon on the top right before you can move. Someone else can name it since I'm not at home to look. If you don't click that Icon your just frozen in time. |

That's not it, at least for me. It only happens when clicking on the link in the nav bar. I can get into each room seperately by launching those from a web page. Thom and I talked about it before. I haven't been in in some time, so I don't know if it still happens like that. I have actually had the links work, but only once or twice and can't recreate the problem.
Here at work, I can't get past the proxy to try :(

I had to restore my computer to the time before installing TP to get TS to work again, then I read your message and reloaded TP. I was able to get the other spaces from the web page but still nothing through the navigation bar. Odd thing, when I went to the Speed Modeler gallery, I was able to press the WEB button under the images.
One more glitch, I tried starting up TS 7.11 and got the following errors (pics). I tried uninstalling TP, the error persisted. I restore my computer to a checkpoint before I initially installed TP and TS started. odd:confused: |

Sounds like one to send in to tech support - my usual reminder goes here, that the forums dont get inspected as regularly as email, so when a problem is major then do email tech support for help :)
