Hi, i find a bug..

When you click on one of each tools, you loose the ability to rotate, zoom or pan with the mouse mid buttons... you must click on the navigation widget to rotate..

This is not a bug.

Understand that the 3D view is an element among the others and that the mouse behavior is context sensitive.
When you clic any icon, you are not "in the 3D view", you are "in a toolbar" : the mouse wheel/middle button does not applies for the 3D view. This allows the wheel to scroll the Stack View for example after you clic in the Stack View.
To scroll/rotate with wheel/middle button agin, you must clic in the 3D view first to tell trueSpace that you are working in this space.

I agree that the mouse cursor should be more intelligent : if the cursor is over the 3D view, it should know that you are working in the 3D view :)

This is not implemented yet though. For 7.6 I hope.

I agree Emanuel. I found it a bit cumbersome to have to continually click back into the 3D window to regain focus -- and same for scrolling the panels and libraries. It'd be much better if it gave focus based on what the mouse was over.
