As a work-around, you have to click the "Default" view tab to reset it (up at the top-left of the screen). The orange triangle is not supposed to do anything while in 4D so I guess nobody thought to test it. It is little bug though for sure. Easy to get it back though, as Cthulhu mentioned. :)
