I'm using ts5 to make an inside game map. So rooms are basicly inverted boxes.

When I apply a texture to a wall or a floor, it does some crazy rotations on it (example rotation: 0.0, 0.01, -69.77). As I work my way along the floor, the rotations get even crazer. So each time I apply a texture, I have to manually zero out the rotations.

Is there some way to apply the texture with no rotations?

I think i know your problem...

Check this... on the object? click on the axes icon... then normalize Rotation.. now again the axes icon...

If you had a cube (for example) and the axes are rotated (i don't have ts5 instaled but i assume is the same on 7.5) and you press the Cubic proyection the UV is rotated too.. check your axis if are not rotated..

Hope that helps
