What's happened is that now when I activate coolpowers 4 the panel doesn't appear. This happened with the other coolpowers plug-ins too, however they had a reset panels function. Unfortunately, the monitor won't let me go higher than 1024, so I can't get at the panel, and cp4 can't reset the panel like cp2 and 3. A last thought is to delete CP from the whole partition (maybe even uninstall tS too), then run a Regcleaner, and finally put CP back and reinstall. But when that doesn't work ...
