Can anyone in the UK confirm that a download speed of 48kbs with a full strength signal is as good as it gets.. seems woefully slow to me, but not had one before. the term broadband seems somewhat er optimistic if this is the best it gets. Reminds me of the old 300 baud green text on black background dial up era. Miss my Amiga though. 2 floppy disks for an operating system,, agh the good old days. Cheers IK
