Does anyone know how to use the 30 day return policy? A couple of emails to customer service have gone unanswered on this sticky question.

Call them! If you don't like the product in 30 days one phone call does it. They credit your account no questions asked. Email rarely gets the attention a phone call does.

Hi all,


Emails will definitely get attention - BUT emails can go astray, get lost, be filtered and more.


Do please call for important issues like this one, and we can take care of you right away :) With a phone call, there is no risk of anything getting lost in between you and us. Naturally, do email if it is more convenient, but if you haven't heard back in a couple of days on an issue like this one, I would call as it more than likely means there is a snag with the email's delivery.

I received multiple responses to my second email and the return was handled very nicely. I look forward to giving TS another try once the model and workspace come together.
