This script will create a group of objects with flock(or school of fish) like behavior. The template mesh can be changed and other objects in the scene can be made into flock "colliders".
More details can be found here:

Does this work like a replicator? Any object can be replicated? |

Wow Clinton! This looks great!
This is something that I've wanted to see in tS for some time. I know Norm really wanted to create some kind of flocking script as well. This will be fun to play with.
Thanks Clinton! :D :banana: |

Groovy Clinton! :cool::cool::cool:
Hmm... I wonder if we can hook this up to a mouse listener.
Move the mouse, the flock follows, like those screen savers. |

From clintonman's link:
The "Asp4" aspect can be used to change the flock member template model and to set the values for the simulation. The model that is to replace the default red "fish/bird" must have it's nose in the +Z direction and it's top in the +Y direction with all rotations set to zero. Just select the new model and click on "new template" to use your own model.
So that sounds like a Yes james. :) |

Thanks. One solution would be to just move the goal object while the simulation is running. If you increase the goalS value they will follow it more closely. |
