Will truespace support files from DAZ or Poser6. Also, can you do walk throughs or flyovers with this program? And finally, do you feel there is a large support base for newcomers available who have never dealt with 3d at

all? How does a person decide where to invest their budget when it comes to paying for tutorials on this program? Any and all feedback will be welcome. I am trying to decide which 3d software is the best for my needs.

erm.. what are your needs anyway?

caligari's tools are the best for modelling in my opinion.. but rendering got perfect only in ts7.1 with those renderers..

so.. if your needs are: great modelling/animating toos, you can use gameSpace, ts5 or above.. modelling and animating is really easy with them..

for redering, tS6 or greater.. =P

another thing.. about paying for tutorials.. why would you do that?

look at the free 3DBuzz's gameSpace tutorial.. you will have an idea on how to work with it..

"but ts7 is much different!!".. "has new features!!"

who cares? try the new features so.. they are not gonna annoy you at all =P
