I'm a long time blender3D user and was looking at truespace and thought, Wow it's blender with a better interface and realtime 3D viewports. In blender, you could litterally make a full game (Albeit with not the nicest shaders and graphics, which is my appeal in truespace) rather simply. Is the scripting in truespace 7.5 good nuff to do this? Also, does truespace have any kind of pressure sensitivity for wacom tablets?

Sure you could make a game. Depends on the complexity level of course, you couldn't make Half Life 2 on it for example this is not a platform for the development of a triple A FPS, since truePLay doesn't have the optimisations that match it to just one purpose.

Being general purpose is of course its advantage, and of course it is perfectly suited to making smaller, simpler games. The render engine certainly gets close in quality to released games. Where you will find some problems with matchign Half Life 2 and its type are things things like enemy AI, performance optimisation of a map (which is done by pre-processing the map for games), the loading of different "zones" as you move around, moving between levels, etc.

Another big plus is that the engine is free to all users. If you make a game mod, people need to buy the game to play your mod. Here though it is no cost to download truePlay for anyone that wants to play your game.

So, it's a matter of the right tool for the right job - if you are after a Half Life 2, then you will need to use a dedicated game engine that is tailored to do nothing else but be a game engine. If however your games don't require that level of complexity, then truePlay could be a great solution.

I can't compare it to Blender, no idea how complex a game it can make, my guess it has the same kind of limitations as you would run into with trueSpace / truePlay.

No pressure sensitivity for Wacom tablets, sorry to tell you.

HTH!
