I just got the 7.5 demo and it wants my Serial number but i don't think i got one. what do i do? |

The email is mailed by an automatic process, so you need to ensure that your spam and junk mail filters are set to enable mail from caligari.com to get through.
The best thing to do is ensure that's the case, then register again, and you should then receive your email with your serial number. Since the serial number is system generated, that's the best way forward.
Failing that, you can contact customer support with the details you used when registering so that they can help out more directly.

You would have had to type in the serial number that came in an email when you purchased the product.
However, truespace 7.6 is Now Free, so you do not need to ask for a serial number which someone else typed in.
However, you will need to register to get the free product. I think you just need to submit your name and email address.
Also, while you're at it, register to join the forums. They provide a wealth of information all for free.

Yep just register and download! It's all free, gets you help here on the forums, makes sense. No point in having the software but being left out in the cold :)

It starts with "..... the 7.5 demo ...."
then you are talking about "....truespace 7.6 is Now Free ....."
so my question, are you all talking about the same :confused:

Good point Emma - when you run tS7.6, does it ask you for a serial number? If this is installed from a magazine, you need to follow the link provided by the magazine. If installed from our site, it won't be asking you for a serial number.

1. visit website: http://cart1.caligari.com/web/Truespacemainreg.aspx
2. register as a new customer.
3. Download trueSpace7.6 and the manual and videos too.
4. Install this trueSpace7.6 (no serial number required and is free).
5. Enjoy. :)

No, you can choose not to download the videos and manual if you like - but it will really really really help you learn the program to have those :)
