Is there a way to revert back to the original downloaded format or undo an accidental deleted screen without having to re-download the entire program ?

Not sure what you're asking. Can you provide an example scenario?

If I press the "X" icon in the top right corner of the "model" screen, it removes the screen and all of its applied icons. How can I get the screen back, considering that restarting tS doesn't give you a fresh screen to start from again....but takes you right back to your last project ?

One more thing......I tried to add a discriptive photo I rendered from paintshop, but couldn't add it to this post........Do you know how to do that ?

I found out that if you accidentally loose your model/workspace screen, you can reaccess it by clicking the 4view or default (screen) settings on the top left toolbar. I, however, had been investigating around in the top left trueSpace 7.6 area (on the same top toolbar) which took me to the "Assign TABS Library" section where I ended up loosing my original 4view, default, etc. options on the top toolbar: Thus I had to reload the entire tS program again !!!...............LIVE & LEARN !!!

The "Assign tabs" allows you to set a different default directory to look for the layout tabs in. If you set it back to the Layout library folder all the layouts will return.

So the answer to the original question is to use the tabs up top to jump back to a layout (which will include your screens); if those are not visible, then using Assign Tabs lets you point the default tabs back to the default library and make them visible again, then go to step 1 ;)

Thanks!

Tom

Also, I don't know if this applies to your problem, it probably doesn't work for the tabs - but don't forget to try the 'cntrl button' hold-down when you start TS. I write this for others who read this thread and may not know this little 'trick'.

hth,

Edit, Oops, forgot to mention - after the box comes up, click the 'default' option
