Hey guys,

Here is a simple interactive scene that demonstrates how to open panels in tP. Opening HTML control panels in tP opens a rich multimedia environment that can be used in many settings. Anything you can embed in a webpage, you can display as a panel in tP (HTML, Flash, Video, Audio, etc.). This allows tP to integrate with the already rich multimedia web. Panels can be opened via 3d buttons, triggers, or 2d panel buttons.

The scene below is a simple example of a multimedia education setting. It could be further refined for more accuracy and educational value yet. There is an interactive 3d activity, further information on the subject via the web, and a video showing the topic in real life.

TrueBlue showed me how to use the HTML control and Paul A. pointed me to the code in the WIP shared space to make the panels pop up. Thanks guys! :)

Just open the scene in truePlay and press the red button in front of the machine. ;)

This is a really elegant tool here Matthew, thanks for this!

We're going to have a few million uses for this I think. Nah.... more than that.:)

Now we just have to shell those spheres and make them transparent so we can all ride in them too.:p

Well done guy, seriously, we've got immediate uses for this now and we'll definitely all be working with this one for a long time to come.:)
